Australian Shipping Charges
Orders exceeding (Australian Dollars 500) A$500.00 in value are shipped free of charge within Australia.
For all orders less than A$500.00, LALOOM ships with Australia via Australia Post. Delivery times provided are those provided by Australia Post and are estimated delivery times only. LALOOM in no way guarantees these delivery times.
Orders are processed once payment has been cleared into our account and are shipped within 24 hours for normal business days. Payments received over a weekend or public holiday require an additional business day for processing.
Australian shipping options are provided for customer choice, as follows:
Registered Post (with tracking number) delivery time estimated by Australia Post 2 – 7 days
Under 300g: 1 – 2 garments, Price $12.00
500g – 10kg: up to 10 garments (number of garments dependent on satchel capacity),
Express post pre-paid satchel (with tracking number) delivery time estimated by Australia Post
Overnight between capital cities and major centres, 2 – 3 days for all other destinations.
Under 500g: 1 – 3 garments, Price $15.00 per satchel
500g – 3kg: approx. 3 – 5 garments (number of garments dependent on satchel capacity),
Price $20.00 per satchel
5kg satchel: approx. 5 – 12 garments, Price $29.00
Depending on the number of garments being shipped additional satchels may be required.
International Shipping Charges
International shipping charges will be charged in your local currency and shipping charges will be added accordingly. LALOOM uses the services of Australia Post for international shipping, and the estimated delivery times provided are given by Australia Post. LALOOM in no way guarantees these delivery times.
LALOOM is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged to you as the receiver.
Once an International wholesale order has been processed, LALOOM will provide the customer with a shipping price.
Returns and Exchange
LALOOM strives to ensure all products are manufactured to the highest quality and all garments have been individually checked.
Return of Faulty Item
If you believe the item has a genuine fault, LALOOM will gladly exchange the item, issue a credit or refund the value of the item, pending the conditions below are complied with.
All exchange/refund requests are to be made within 7 working days from the initial date of receipt and returned to LALOOM within 10 working days from the initial date of receipt. Please email Laloom with your return request at email@example.com. Return authorisation and shipping details will be provided.
Only upon receipt of the garment/s will LALOOM dispatch a replacement item. The customer takes full responsibility for the item being returned to LALOOM and LALOOM reserves the right to reject customer’s dispute.
Returns for refund will only be granted in the case of a genuine fault in the garment and will be determined at the discretion of LALOOM. Any visible wear and tear to the product returned will allow LALOOM to reject the returned item at the discretion of LALOOM.
All shipping fees are at the expense of the customer unless it has been determined by LALOOM that the item is genuinely faulty, in which case LALOOM will reimburse shipping costs, so long as the item has been returned in accordance to the shipping instructions given by LALOOM.
Once LALOOM receives the returned item, please allow up to 7 business days to complete your return or effect refund. All exchanges of product are subject to stock availability.

Payment can be made by selecting either PayPal or Eway, both are secure and safe methods of payment.
Payment via PayPal can be made either through your own PayPal account or by credit card (no need to hold a PayPal account ). It is free for customers to join PayPal, payment is safe, secure and reliable.
Eway or direct credit card. No need for you, the customer, to have an account and this payment gateway allows you to pay directly through the website with a minimum of fuss.
Once payment has been made and appears in the LALOOM PayPal or Eway account, the goods purchased will be dispatched within 24hours for normal business days. Payments received over a weekend or public holiday will require an additional business day for processing.
If for some reason a customer wishes to make a purchase and is unable to make payment through the PayPal or Eway gateway, then please contact LALOOM by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide our bank details for a direct deposit. The order will be processed once funds have been received into our account (Please note that this option is not available for international customers).
Most LALOOM garments are one size. Kaftans generally comfortably fit size 8 through to size 18/20 due to the design of the lightweight flowing garments.
On occasion, where the size of the garment is restricted due to styling, a suitable sizing range will be included on the item page.

LALOOM respects the privacy of all of our customers. Making a purchase from the LALOOM online store will require you to provide personal information. This will include your name, contact details and shipping address. This information will not be used for reasons other than to ship goods when purchased, to allow future purchases to be made with the minimum of fuss, and to allow LALOOM to notify you of any future promotions, special offers or sale information, and of course previews of new arrivals. Your name can be removed from the mailing list if requested.
Information collected on this site will be kept in strict confidence and will not be sold, rented, disclosed or loaned. Any information that we no longer require will be destroyed securely.
