Shopping online should be exciting, fun and hassle free! We understand that items you desired and have purchased may not 'just' be what you envisaged when shopping online, so we are here to help.
Full priced items - If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it for exchange, refund or store credit.
Sale items - If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it for exchange or store credit. We do not provide refunds on sale items.
Terms and Conditions for returns:
1. We need to be notified by email of your intention to return the garment within 7 days of your receipt of the order.

2. The garment must be returned in the original condition, unworn, and unwashed with all labels and swing tags attached and in the original packaging.
3. The garment must be returned by reliable mail service, we recommend registered post, at the customer's expense. (If Garment is deemed faulty, Laloom will reimburse the said shipping costs) Laloom cannot refund or exchange an item until such time as the item being returned has been received and inspected by Laloom.
4. The garment must be returned within 14 days of customers receipt together with proof of purchase.
5. If you wish to exchange an item for another, Laloom will ship the replacement item free of charge (within Australia)
