Laloom Reward Points & Referral Program

The Laloom reward points & referral program is our way of showing our appreciation to our loyal customers.  We wanted to have a way to reward you at any time, not only when we have a sale.  It is free to join and easy to follow.

How does the reward points program work?
Earn 1 point for every dollar spent
Each point is worth .05c
i.e. buy a kaftan for $100 and receive 100 Laloom reward points.  Redeem your 100 Laloom reward points for a $5.00 discount on your next purchase.

How does the referral program work?
Refer a friend to Laloom.  Your friend receives a 10% off code, and you receive a $10.00 off code once your friend has purchased from Laloom.

How do you join?
Join the Laloom family by clicking the Loyalty Program button located at the bottom left of your screen.  Follow the instructions to join.

What are the joining conditions?
We need your first name, last name and a valid email address.  A valid email address is required so we can keep in touch with special offers and news.

Redeeming your Laloom reward points

1.  Log in to your account and click the Loyalty Program button located at the bottom left of your screen.

2.  Your reward points& referral panel will now show, as below.  To redeem points, select 'All Rewards'.

3.  Click the 'Buy' button to open the next panel.  

4.  Slide the slider to the right to choose how many points you wish to redeem and click the 'Buy' button. 

5.  Your discount code is now shown.  Click the 'Copy Code' button.

6.  Paste your coupon code into the discount box on the checkout page and click the 'apply' button.

7. Your points discount has now been applied. 

How does the referral program work?

1.  Log in to your account.  To refer Laloom to a friend click the Loyalty Program button located at the bottom left of your screen.

2.  Your reward points & referral panel will now show, as below.  Scroll down to  'refer your friends' and click on the email icon.

3.  Enter your friends email address, add your message and click 'send email'.

4.  Your friend will receive an email advising that you have sent them a discount coupon.  Once your friend clicks the 'accept offer' button they will be directed to the Laloom website where a popup appears asking for their email address.  Once they enter their email address they will be given their gift code.  

4(a).  When your friend is ready to make their purchase, the gift code is entered into the discount box on the checkout page.  Click 'apply' and their discount is applied to their cart total.

5.  In the meantime, check your Loyalty Program panel and you will see that your referral is pending.

6.  Once your friend has made their purchase, your $10 discount code is available in your Loyalty Program panel.

7.  To redeem your $10 discount code,  paste your coupon code into the discount box on the checkout page and click the 'apply' button.  Your $10.00 discount has now been applied to your cart total.
